Telaah Manajemen Konflik (Islah) dalam Al-Quran (Studi Tafsir Q.S. Al Hujurat Ayat 10-13)

This research was conducted to identify the concept of Ishlah from the perspective of the Qur'an to further be used as a reference in resolving conflicts, both regional and international, the author used the library research method by collecting related interpretations, from this research the author concluded that the Qur'an provides understanding to see the essence of human beings which were created from one spirit, as well as understanding the rights of brothers and sisters. In this research, the Qur'an also classifies the stages of reconciliation as follows: Understanding the universality of humanity, clarification, mediation, inclusive and participatory, forgiving each other and making peace. Thus, when this understanding is interpreted maximally, it is not impossible for a conflict to be resolved. Because among the demands of this verse is to be as conscious as possible, the great hope is that, with this discovery, we will be able to solve all problems with a tendency to the Al-Qur'an.
